Below is a list of planets that are important in the reconstruction efforts in Kobra Sector, with a dozen planets in the region signing the Uplift Accords 10 years ago. Many worlds like Majesty, Lasher, and Canges understand how critical it is to reestablish trade, communication, and eventual colonization in Kobra Sector. Some worlds (like Wynter and Hellion) just want to keep the nearby Union from reclaiming the region, while others like Kobra World, Shangcai, and Tobermory work on the more vital establishment of trade partners to help grow their own worlds economies. Unfortunately, most of the members of the Kobra Worlds themselves are unable to help with
Uplift in the Sector because of covert (and overt) operations against
them by the Union. Most of these worlds are undergoing
serious civil unrest and the Farris Administration is trying to cope
with these ever-growing conflicts. To prevent the spread of lethal pathogens that killed many worlds in Kobra Sector during the Collapse, Accord members are avoiding uplift or colonization of plague worlds (for now).

Canges
A influential world for nearly 50,000 years, Canges became a subsector capital some time after the Empire of Humaniti fell, but historians aren’t certain when. During the technological collapse following the detonation of the Hammerstar, the central government evolved into a ultra-powerful oligarchy who now controls nearly all the high-tech weaponry on the planet. A rich and vital Earth Prime world, Canges has seen good times of late, dropping just one tech level and one starport level (a much easier fall than most of its’ neighbors) during the last 100 years. Canges continues to heavily support the economic and political recovery within its’ subsector and works hand-in-hand with Kobra in these efforts. Population is 81 million people.

Bennud System
A major populated planet that sadly now engages in very
little interstellar trade, the industrial Bennud System suffered a great deal
during Kobra Sectors’ technological collapse. Its’ starport was destroyed
decades before the collapse began during a massive and continuing civil war. The technological level of the planet also dropped dramatically and
an oppressive central government has still held onto control since that time. The tech level has
fallen from space era technology to WW II era weaponry. Bennud is the focus of uplift efforts by the planet Canges. Population is 8 billion people.

Filosa System
A significant population center before the Collapse, the Filosa System has actually gained people during the intervening
years, growing to over 9 billion on the three inhabitable planets in the
system. Unfortunately Filosa Prime (the major world in the system) hasn’t
grown technologically in that time. However it is the hope of the
Grand Premier of the Kobra System that Filosa will one day be uplifted and
raised to its’ respected place among the stars. A non-charismatic dictator
rules the planet (General Zhoong) but the Filosa System is resource-rich with
plenty of growing space on its three worlds. It is also
strategically located near several other important planets (Rhayder, Majesty,
and Shangcai) which are all competing for the bid to uplift Filosa out of its
low-tech mire.

Firestone System
This star system was once a major
trading center, with billions of credits of trade goods traveling through the
region every day and even now the area is still a vital location of trade
and commerce, including a transshipment point to other uplifting worlds in the
region. Since the Collapse the planet has lost much of its technology (TL C to TL 9) and the population of the main world (Firestone III) is just 90,000 people. The planet is a waterworld and the atmosphere is very dense and tainted.

Ridgeway
This planet orbits a gas giant in the outer system and only an active carbon dioxide cycle makes it habitable, and then only at high altitudes. The Collapse hit the planet hard, with the floating sky cities eventually falling from the skies; billions were killed as fighting broke out over the high-altitude populated areas. Two planets are currently bidding to help move off Ridgeway's extra population to several nearby habitable worlds.

Titania
The planet Titania was a jewel within the Kobra Worlds sector; a high population and high-tech planet. Sadly the Collapse devastated the planet; the starport has been destroyed and the goverment overthrown (the former leader, Governor Kaporov was killed at the outbreak of the conflict). The planet suffered over 8 billion deaths following the Collapse, with all of its once-famous sky-cities destroyed over time. Now, just 22 billion people call Titania home and the planet Radisson has been given jurisdiction over this high population world to help raise the tech level of the planet. So far, Radisson has built several orbital stations to help receive goods and medicines for the planet. Uplift continues.

Wuhe System
The Wuhe System has actually done better since the Collapse; a rarity within the Kobra Worlds sector. Once a client state of Schwayder, the government has been allowed to change; the planet is now balkanized into a dozen different nations. Both the population (9 billion people) and the tech level have risen over the last 50+ years. Wuhe also has a significant belter community (for ore processing) and dozens of colonies on several moons orbiting the outer gas giants. The Wuhe System continues to enjoy a significant trade relationship with the planet Schwayder and is being uplifted by that more advanced planet.

Yanhe System
The Yanhe System was one of the Kobra Worlds Sector's most wealthy systems but since the Collapse the primary planet (Yareh) has been hit hard. A civil war destroyed the starport and the former (unpopular) ruler was overthrown and a new leader installed (Premier Avacar Bluestar). The Yanhe System's close proximity to the capital system Kobra World makes it its the largest trading partner. Its also being uplifted by Kobra World, a process that will surely take decades. The Yanhe System contains two inhabitable worlds; overall system population is 16 billion people.
